Hop Schedule:
- 20 g Williamette (60)
Yeast:
- Dry Lager Yeast
Schedule:
- Mashed in Cooler
- 60 Minute Boil (Split in two parts to fit on stove)
- Fermenting @ 50 F (Targeting giving it 2-3 weeks at 50 F, then bringing it up to ~60 F to clean up for a week, and then cold crashing at 40 F before transfering)
